Terms of Service

These terms cover accessory sales and installation performed by RGV Truck Accessories. Requesting a quote or approving an install means you accept them.

Quotes and fitment

Quotes depend on your exact truck specs. If fitment changes once the truck is in the bay — wrong bed length, aftermarket parts, prior damage — we stop and get your approval before ordering or installing anything else.

Approval

No parts are ordered and no install starts without your approval of the written quote. You may decline any recommended item.

Parts and coverage

• New or quality aftermarket parts unless you approve otherwise
• Workmanship coverage on our installations
• Manufacturer warranty on the parts themselves

Payment

Payment is due when the install is finished unless we've set trade terms in writing. We confirm accepted methods before you drop the truck off.

Trucks left at the shop

Please clear personal items first. We're not responsible for valuables left inside, and unpaid balances may be subject to a mechanic's lien under Texas law.

Limits of liability

We stand behind our installs, but we're not liable for unrelated failures or for damage caused by off-road use, accidents or later work by others.

Governing law

These terms fall under the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute is handled in the courts of Hidalgo County, Texas.
